Anxiety and depression can make you feel lost and stuck, not knowing where to start. Worrying about the future and dwelling on the past leads to overthinking, stress and burnout. Toni believes therapy is a healthy place to start. She feels that together, she can help you navigate the feelings and emotions that have been weighing you down and release past traumas that have accumulated over time. She will help you to change old thought patterns and listen to your body as it guides you toward healing. She will teach you tools and daily practices that you can incorporate throughout your life, helping you feel more grounded, connected and physically at ease.

Toni works with couples and individuals who are looking to feel better and connect on a deeper level within their relationships, socially and romantically. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, self-improvement, relationship issues, intimacy, self-awareness, mindfulness, childhood trauma, mind/body connection, spirituality and self-compassion.

Toni will guide you toward your goals through traditional talk therapy, experiential practices and mindfulness techniques such as breathing and grounding exercises. She incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy for thought patterns and somatic therapy to address the connection of mind and body. Toni supports the courage it takes to come to therapy.
